Got Spare Change? Part 2
Now I’m living in the States, my wallet is weighed down again by all these annoying little coins. Got a nickel? Yes, I have twenty thousand of them.
Apparently there is an estimated $10.5 billion of spare change sitting idle in the US, so I am not alone. But what to do with it all?
Top Ways To Use That Spare Change
1. Save it for a few weeks and take it to the bank, or keep in a piggy-bank as ‘treat’ money.
2. Put it in someone’s expired parking meter so they don’t get a ticket. Awwww!
3. Save it for vending machine purposes.
4. Donate it when you’re passing those charity boxes.
5. Put some in your car so it’s there when you need it.
