		<description>Given that the time travel part would probably require all of the energy in the universe, I suspect that it might play havoc with global warming. Still, it would be so hot on your return to the present that you wouldn&#039;t need to exercise, just sitting still and keeping yourself cool would be enough to burn off the excess calories.</description>

		<description>All excellent suggestions, especially the one with the electric shock. I imagine regular doses of electric shocks by themselves would be quite enough to reduce your weight. One question, though. If you time travel and exercise in another zone, is that valid when you come back to the present?</description>
